We buy various Finnish Oy-type companies. We prefer companies that are registered in the VAT register (ALV) and the income tax register (EPR) and that have no debts. We value a fast and correct transaction process and, if necessary, offer advice throughout the entire sales process.

Typically, companies are registered in the VAT register (ALV) and the income tax register (EPR) and are debt-free. If necessary, we can adapt the companies to the client’s needs and wishes.
